Boilerplates

Instead of importing text from other documents, (or typing it each time); you can use a Boilerplate to insert common formats, text, or other bits into a Document with a click.  

Text, Paragraphs, Graphics, are all examples of stuff that can be brought in.  

Formatted text can be brought in by using more then one paragraph in the starting boilerplate template.  Your first boilerplates are created by us to show you how easy it is to do, but you can create more boilerplates simply by saving another template with just the text you want to use, into your Forms area.  

Boilerplates are defined in the Ribbon's Forms area, and your first one is typically prepared by Snapdone personnel.
